The HR Ally in Perth, WA is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead end-to-end AI projects from data acquisition to deployment and monitoring. You will design and optimize ML/DL models, build scalable pipelines with MLOps, and collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure business-aligned AI solutions.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/ML, strong Python and ML framework experience, and proficiency with cloud platforms and MLOps tools.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 5+ years of AI/ML engineering or applied data science experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Strong knowledge of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers).
• Experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
• Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
