Job summary

Calleo is seeking an experienced Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy enterprise‑scale AI solutions using Azure AI and Microsoft AI services. You will drive the full solution lifecycle, from architecture through to deployment, governance, and operational support.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI‑driven innovation while ensuring security, privacy, and governance requirements are met across a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and deploying enterprise AI solutions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions using Azure AI technologies and Microsoft AI services
• Develop AI agents, generative AI applications, and machine learning solutions to address business challenges
• Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, systems, and data platforms
• Configure and maintain AI models, prompts, workflows, and knowledge repositories
• Manage the end-to-end AI solution lifecycle, from design and development through to operational support and optimisation
• Implement secure, scalable, and reliable AI services aligned with enterprise standards and governance frameworks
• Apply responsible AI practices, security controls, privacy requirements, and governance principles
• Monitor AI performance, quality, usage metrics, and cost efficiency to drive continuous improvement
• Support proof‑of‑concepts, pilot initiatives, and innovation projects that explore emerging AI capabilities
• Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of enterprise AI capability
