Job summary

Technology CII is leading a major enterprise AI transformation in Australia, building scalable Azure AI capabilities for ML, LLMs, and AI agents. You will craft reusable MLOps, LLMOps, DevSecOps and observability stacks to deploy and manage AI workloads on Azure, OpenAI, and AI Search.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on Azure AI engineering experience and strong Python automation, with a track record delivering production-grade, reusable AI solutions and deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Azure AI engineering experience.
• Expertise with Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI and AI Search.
• Advanced Python development and automation skills.
• Strong background in MLOps and deployment pipelines.
• Experience building CI/CD and DevSecOps frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI monitoring, telemetry and observability.
• Experience with RAG, LLM applications and AI agents.
• Proven ability to deliver reusable, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise AI operational capabilities on Azure.
• Build and enhance reusable MLOps and LLMOps frameworks.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated testing and release controls.
• Implement AI monitoring, logging, tracing and observability solutions.
• Configure Azure AI, OpenAI and AI Search services.
• Establish AI security controls, governance and compliance processes.
• Deploy and manage AI workloads using modern cloud services.
• Create documentation, reusable templates and knowledge transfer materials.
