Job summary

Snowflake seeks an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager for Frontier Engineering in Sydney to lead data and AI solutions into production at strategic enterprise customers. You will work with Engagement Managers and Product & Engineering teams to deliver integrated plans, manage dependencies, and drive production readiness.

You will own technical execution across multiple workstreams, including integration, readiness, and handover, while providing critical risk input and steering delivery

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex, multi-workstream technical programs.
• Hands-on delivery leadership of programs into production (data platform, MLOps, GenAI/AI, software).
• Experience delivering in enterprise environments with shared infrastructure.
• Strong dependency and technical risk management across multiple teams.
• Ability to challenge engineering estimates, architectural trade-offs, and delivery plans.
• Proven judgement to operate in ambiguity and take ownership to drive outcomes.
• Willingness to push back on unreasonable timelines or scope changes.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated technical plan and cross-workstream dependencies across Forward Deployed Engineering engagements.
• Lead engineering readiness, integration, release, production cutover, and handoff with customer and Snowflake teams.
• Provide technical estimates, effort, and risk input to protect delivery feasibility.
• Communicate status to stakeholders, including executives, across time zones.
• Apply AI-assisted workflows and Snowflake Cortex capabilities to improve delivery tooling.
