Job summary

Havilah Inc is seeking a Registered Nurse (Aged Care) in Maryborough, VIC, to lead a team of personal care workers and deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care. A Grade 2 RN with AHPRA registration will guide the care team and coordinate resident care within our Maryborough facility.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care, administering medications, and maintaining professional documentation.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards.
• A valid National Police Check (dated within two months) or willingness to obtain.
• Permanent residency or Australian citizenship (sponsorship not available) Applicants must currently reside in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in line with professional standards.
• Work collaboratively with other health professionals to coordinate resident care.
• Provide treatments, administer medications, and monitor responses to care plans.
• Lead and support care staff, ensuring safe and professional practice.
• Communicate clearly with residents, families, and staff, providing information and support about care and treatment.
