Job summary

Designity is seeking a Senior AI Visibility Strategist to own how the brand is discovered across AI-powered platforms. You will join a fully remote team and drive AEO/GEO initiatives, combining technical SEO with AI-driven experimentation.

You will build processes, dashboards, and playbooks to improve citations, mentions, and share of voice, connecting visibility to qualified leads and pipeline in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SEO, search, or digital visibility, including AEO/GEO work.
• Proven AI visibility results showing citations, mentions, or share of voice with explanations.
• Hands-on experience with AI visibility platforms and core SEO tools.
• Strong technical foundation: crawlability, indexing, structured data, schema, semantic SEO, entity optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own AI visibility strategy from audits to implementation and optimization.
• Improve AI search discoverability across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews.
• Strengthen technical SEO readiness: crawlability, indexing, schema, and entity signals.

As our Senior AI Visibility Strategist, you will own how Designity is discovered, cited, and recommended across AI-powered search platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. You will combine proven AEO/GEO expertise with strong technical SEO fundamentals, hands-on experimentation, and AI-powered automation.

Designity is a premium, human-led and AI-enabled Creative-as-a-Service company. Our dedicated Creative Director-led teams help brands scale creative and marketing work.

Why this role exists

More buyers are using AI to research and choose partners. Your initial focus will be improving Designity's own AI visibility, building reliable measurement and repeatable processes, and connecting discoverability to qualified demand. Over time, this work may develop into a client-facing offering; client delivery is not the immediate focus

What You Will Be Doing

• Own AI visibility strategy - Develop and execute Designity’s AEO/GEO roadmap, from audits and prioritization to hands-on implementation, testing, and continuous improvement.
• Improve AI search discoverability - Increase how often Designity is discovered, cited, mentioned, and recommended across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, and emerging AI search platforms.
• Strengthen technical SEO & AI readiness - Optimize crawlability, indexing, site architecture, structured data, schema, semantic SEO, entity signals, AI crawler access, and relevant emerging standards such as llms.txt.
• Build content and off-site authority - Structure content so AI systems can extract and cite it, and strengthen credible brand presence through earned media, G2, DesignRush, Reddit, industry roundups, and appropriate Wikipedia/Wikidata information.
• Measure what matters - Build buyer-relevant prompt sets, track citations, mentions, and competitor share of voice across AI models and runs, explain data limitations, and connect visibility to qualified leads, SQLs, and pipeline.
• Experiment, automate & improve - Use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and AI-powered workflows or agents to accelerate research, testing, monitoring, reporting, and ongoing optimization while retaining human judgment.
• Share knowledge & build for scale - Partner with marketing, content, creative, and technical teams, document what works, train colleagues, and develop repeatable audits, playbooks, and reporting that can support a future client-facing offering.

What You Will Bring

• 8+ years in SEO, search, or digital visibility, including at least 1 to 2 years of hands-on AEO/GEO work.
• AI visibility results you can show: brands where you moved citations, mentions, or share of voice, and a clear explanation of why it worked.
• Hands-on experience with AI visibility platforms such as Profound, Peec AI, or similar, plus core tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush, and Screaming Frog.
• A strong technical foundation: crawlability, indexing, structured data, schema, semantic SEO, and entity optimization.
• A working understanding of how both B2B buyers research and choose brands, and how AI answers shape each journey differently.
• Advanced, daily use of generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini for research, analysis, and automation.
• Clear writing and communication. You can turn a noisy, fast-changing field into decisions a client can act on.
• Strong ownership, curiosity, and judgment, and the reliability to do your best work in a fully remote team.
• AI automation: Experience building AI-powered workflows, agents, or automations for SEO research, monitoring, and reporting.
