Job summary

Advance Delivery Consulting is seeking an experienced Adobe AEM Developer to design and code quality programs, analyze system requirements, and plan development estimates. You will collaborate with business users, analysts, solution architects and others to translate needs into scalable solutions.

The role includes unit testing, system testing support, and deployment for cloud-enabled, distributed applications. Strong communication and agile experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years expertise in Adobe AEM development including Java and RESTful services.
• Experience with Java, AEM 6.4+, RESTful services, AJAX, JavaScript/JQuery and AngularJS.
• Experience with web services/REST, SEO, mobile and responsive design.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming, SOLID, and design patterns.
• Experience with source control tools: TFS, GIT, Stash, Grunt.
• Strong communication and agile lifecycle experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conducts analysis to determine system requirements and estimates for development tasks.
• Determines development approach options and recommends the most effective approach.
• Engages with business users, analysts and architects to understand needs for project and maintenance tasks.
• Designs and codes quality programs aligned with requirements and solution architecture.
• Conducts unit testing and supports system testing and deployment activities.
• Provides emergency technical support to ensure high availability, data integrity and timely reporting.
• Mentors analysts to support KPI achievement and technical knowledge development.
