Job summary

NSW Department of Customer Service – North Parramatta NSW seeks 2 x temporary Senior Advisors to lead complex reform projects in Strata and Property Services. Hybrid work is available; location includes Parramatta or other NSW Fair Trading offices, with 2–3 days in the office.

You will provide strategic advice on major reform initiatives, collaborating with policy, communications and project delivery teams to ensure timely and effective outcomes for strata communities across NSW.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in delivering complex projects end-to-end.
• Strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders across policy, industry and government.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear briefing skills.
• Experience in regulation, policy reform or complex delivery environments advantageous.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex reform projects with autonomy and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with policy, communications and delivery teams across Fair Trading.
• Facilitate productive discussions with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Prepare briefs, reports, presentations and correspondence for senior decision makers.
• Conduct research to identify risks, opportunities, and innovative solutions.
