Overview

Full Time Senior Administrator – Warragul/Drouin

Responsibilities
  • Administration and Reception: You’ll be working from our reception desks in our front-office administration teams. You’ll greet clients, assist with client enquiries in person, by phone and by email. You’ll ensure the office is well presented and that other departments such as rental, sales and management have any administrative needs met.
  • Internal Communications: You’ll be at the centre of communication between staff and clients, using our internal communications system to ensure messages are passed on and acted upon, contributing to a high standard of customer service.
  • Property Management Team: You’ll assist the Property Management team with rental files, tenancy applications and information, receipt payments, update property listings, provide rental lists to prospective tenants and assist with general enquiries.
  • Sales Team: You’ll upload and complete sales files, manage brochures and resources, make alterations to listings, handle enquiries (walk-in/phone/online), manage settlements and database/contact management. Your customer service and internal communication will help create sales opportunities.
  • Other Duties & Tying It All Together: There are opportunities to grow and take on new challenges; there will also be tasks such as taking out the bins, tidying meeting rooms and maintaining excellent service for our clients. You’ll be ready to roll up your sleeves and get it done.
