Job summary

HMG Hardchrome in Brisbane is seeking a Senior Administration Officer to support daily operations across administration, purchasing and customer service. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will help ensure office functions run efficiently and procurement processes stay aligned with site needs.

The role offers variety, autonomy and the opportunity to streamline admin workflows while supporting customer and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior administration, office coordination or office management role.
• ERP experience (D365, SAP, Pronto or similar).
• Track record of accurate work under tight deadlines.
• The ability to juggle competing priorities without losing the detail.

Responsibilities

• Raise and process purchase orders and support procurement across the site.
• Handle customer and supplier admin, inquiries and new vendor applications.
• Invoice completed jobs and upload paperwork to portals to avoid payment delays.
• Maintain records and prepare reports, ensuring accurate document control.
• Identify and implement improvements to admin processes.
