Position Classification: Admin Officer Level 6

Remuneration: $80,340.91 - $82,240.21 per annum, pro rata

Hours Per Week: up to 38hrs

This vacancy is maternity leave relief for an initial period of 37 weeks for up to 38 hours per week; the hours and period of employment may change according to the maternity leave requirements. There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.

About the role

Providing a wide range of advanced confidential secretarial, project support services, clerical, administrative and day to day support to the Director/s of Medical Services (DMS/s). Planning and organising the activities of the DMS/s ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in an efficient and timely manner to ensure time and resources are allocated efficiently.
