The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in supporting clients with strategic planning, workforce management, and advisory services, while also mentoring and assisting other team members.

Responsibilities
  • Attending and facilitating strategic planning sessions with clients
  • Participating in a broad range of client meetings and engagements
  • Preparing management reports and supporting workforce planning activities
  • Engaging directly with clients to provide practical, actionable advice
  • Assisting in the training and development of junior team members
  • Managing workflow distribution and reviewing work from satellite offices
  • Preparing compliance-related work as required
  • Utilising a wide range of software applications
  • Potential for regional travel (if desired)
Qualifications

This role will suit a candidate with experience in tax and advisory, ideally with a passion for client interaction. You will demonstrate strong verbal, organisational, and problem-solving skills, be CA qualified, and proficient in Xero.
