The role requires a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance and 4+ years of experience, with proficiency in accounting software and Excel. You’ll prepare statements, assist with budgets, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 4+ years in accounting or finance, senior level preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations.
• Assist in budgets and forecasts, providing insights.
• Ensure tax compliance and assist in tax returns.
• Support audits and implement recommendations.
• Monitor financial performance and variances.
• Guide and support junior accounting staff.
