Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Full membership or active progress towards CPA Australia, CA ANZ, or equivalent.
• Experience in general accounting, financial reporting, auditing and taxation.

Responsabilités

• Prepare financial statements for boards, management, shareholders and statutory bodies.
• Develop and review budgets and accounting policies to support financial management.
• Conduct financial investigations and prepare reports on fraud, acquisitions, mergers, insolvency, etc.
• Examine costs and variances; identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee internal and external audits and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Advise on taxation matters and prepare tax returns; support business structures and planning.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems; advise on ERP platforms and data integrity.
• Oversee cash flow and capital investment appraisal; collaborate on forecasting and reporting.
