Job summary

Recruit Shop Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking a senior tax and accounting advisor to manage a substantial portfolio of business clients and high net worth individuals. You will own each client relationship and lead assignments from the first information request through to completion and follow-up.

Responsibilities include advising on tax changes, managing workflows and quarterly compliance, leading Xero-based tax and accounting work, supporting directors on structures and estate planning, and

• Strong Xero skills and clear client communication.
• Mature, client-focused approach with integrity.
• Solid Australian public practice experience across tax and accounting.
• Curiosity to interpret numbers beyond the task.

• Leading tax and accounting assignments in Xero from start to finish.

About The Opportunity

The primary purpose of this position is to manage a substantial portfolio of business clients and high net worth individuals. You will own each client relationship and lead every assignment from the first request for information through to completion and follow-up.
