Job summary

Komatsu Australia is seeking aSenior Account Manager to lead strategic Tier 1 relationships from Welshpool, WA. You will shape account strategy, drive sustainable growth and align customer priorities with Komatsu’s aftermarket capabilities across sites and regions.

Role involves high-level negotiations, fleet optimisation and digital transformation initiatives, with CRM-based planning and executive reviews. 38 hours/week, on-site.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of mining operations and equipment lifecycles.
• Ability to develop long-term, multi-site account growth strategies.
• Strong commercial acumen with high-value negotiations.
• Proven ability to build relationships with C-suite decision-makers.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives including digital transformation.
• Comfort using CRM and reporting tools for account planning and opportunity management.

The Opportunity:

Take the lead on some of our most strategic Tier 1 customer relationships. You’ll shape account strategy, drive sustainable growth and build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, connecting customer priorities with Komatsu’s aftermarket capabilities across sites and regions.

• Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Lead fleet optimisation, TCO reduction and digital integration initiatives.

Role Located: Welshpool, WA

Roster: Monday – Friday, 38 hours per week

What We Are Looking For:

• Confident using CRM and reporting tools for account planning and opportunity management.
• Tertiary or trade qualification in sales, service, engineering, logistics or supply chain desirable.
