Job summary

Haste Recruitment is seeking a Senior Access Consultant/Team Leader in Sydney to drive compliance with the Building Act, Building Code of Australia and Disability Discrimination Act. You will lead project delivery, mentor a talented team, and provide strategic input to achieve best-practice accessibility outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Building Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in access consulting or building compliance.
• Strong understanding of BCA, Access Standards, and DDA compliance.
• Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships.
• Mentoring, leadership, and technical problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
