Qualifications

• Extensive professional experience in 3D design within an agency or experiential environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Cinema 4D, SketchUp, AutoCAD, or Rhino with rendering plugins and AI workflows.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
• Deep understanding of spatial design, materials, fabrication, and installation.
• Ability to take projects from concept to fabrication and installation.
• Strong photorealistic rendering skills for atmosphere, lighting, and brand storytelling.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities for clients and leadership.
• Curiosity about new tools and workflows to expand capabilities.
• Portfolio showing diverse 3D and spatial design, including built work.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3D and spatial design for major projects from concept to built reality.
• Develop spatial systems, concepts, materials palettes, and environmental designs.
• Create photorealistic renderings communicating atmosphere, lighting, and materials.
• Collaborate with Creative Directors to shape direction and innovate spatial concepts.
• Translate concepts into production-ready solutions through documentation and fabrication.
• Ensure designs are feasible with real-world production constraints.
• Collaborate with 2D and Motion Designers to integrate into broader systems.
• Lead client presentations and explain complex spatial concepts clearly.
• Manage complex 3D projects balancing creativity, timelines, and budgets.
• Explore AI-enabled workflows and new tools to improve efficiency.
