Job summary

DXC Technology is establishing a new self-insurance workers' compensation program and seeks a dedicated Compliance Officer to help build and govern the operation. You will monitor regulatory adherence, coordinate audits, and develop policies to strengthen the self-insurance framework.

Collaborate with claims and finance, train staff on compliance, and stay current with legislation to continually improve the program and safeguard our stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in workers' compensation, compliance, or risk management, ideally in a self-insured context.
• Solid knowledge of workers' compensation laws and self-insurance regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for self-insured workers' compensation.
• Plan and coordinate audits of self-insurance practices and claims management.
• Assist in policy development for workers' compensation self-insurance.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and on time.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance issues.
• Identify compliance risks and suggest mitigations.
• Collaborate with claims and finance to maintain cohesive compliance.
