Job summary

RAGT in Shepparton is seeking a Storeperson to support seed manufacturing and warehouse activities. This hands-on role involves operating coating and packaging equipment, loading orders, and performing stock checks in a fast-paced environment.

You will participate in training on seed coating and robotic palletising equipment, with a team focused on accuracy and safety. Weekend work may be required by agreement.

Storeperson - Seed Manufacturing and Warehouse

Storeperson – Seed Manufacturing and Warehouse

Full-time | 38 hours per week

Join our Shepparton-based Supply Chain Team and help prepare and dispatch seed products for growers across Australia. This hands-on role combines warehouse work with operating seed processing and packaging equipment.

What you’ll do

• Operate and monitor seed coating equipment, a robotic palletiser and other production machinery, with training provided.

• Help manufacture seed blends and apply seed treatments and coatings.

• Pick, pack and load customer orders including manual handling 25kg bags

• Unload deliveries, check paperwork and inspect incoming goods.

• Use scanners to locate, move and pick stock.

• Carry out routine equipment checks and help keep the work area clean and safe.

• Assist with general warehouse duties.

About you

You enjoy practical work, working with machinery and being part of a team. You pay attention to detail, follow safe work procedures and are willing to learn. Warehouse or machinery operating experience and a high-reach forklift licence are welcome, but aren’t essential. You’ll need to be comfortable with the physical requirements of the role, including handling bags of up to 20 kg.
