Job summary

Downer is seeking a Security Services Supervisor to lead on-site security operations at Orange Hospital, supporting the Health and Education team in a busy healthcare setting. You will manage Security Officers across shifts, ensuring safe, compliant service delivery and rapid incident response.

Reporting to the Security Manager, you’ll drive staff development, oversee compliance activities, CCTV and access control duties, and collaborate with stakeholders across the hospital campus to protect

Qualifications

• Current NSW Security Licence and NSW Driver's Licence.
• First Aid Certificate and Working with Children Check.
• Experience leading security teams.
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, guidance and supervision to Security Officers across multiple shifts.
• Monitor operational performance and ensure security staff are completing duties in accordance with site procedures and service standards.
• Coordinate SIAT activities, including evidence collection, documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Support compliance requirements, ensuring training, audits, reporting and record management are up to date.
• Assist with CCTV and access control administration, information requests, stakeholder liaison and recruitment activities.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience leading or supervising teams within a security environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance, auditing and operational reporting requirements.
• Experience working with CCTV, access control systems and incident management processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across operational teams and clients.
