Job summary

Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development NSW in Parramatta is seeking a motivated Project Manager - Security to join the Asset and Facilities Management team. You will deliver security projects, manage contracted services, ensure compliance, and drive improvements across a large portfolio.

You will monitor contractor performance, develop practical tools, and provide guidance to client agencies.

Qualifications

Strong project management and contract management experience.
Ability to analyse contractor performance and drive improvement.
Experience developing processes, checklists, reporting frameworks.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Sound knowledge of security, safety, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

Deliver security projects across a diverse portfolio and manage contracted security services.
Ensure contract compliance, drive service performance and regulatory standards.
Develop tools and initiatives for operational checklists and assurance processes.
Monitor and report contractor performance to support informed decision-making.
Collaborate with internal teams and service providers for continuous improvement.
