Job summary

• 3–5 years' experience in a Project Engineer, Security Engineer, or similar role.
• Experience designing and delivering Security, Access Control, and CCTV solutions.
• Strong BIM and CAD design capabilities.
• Understanding of networked security systems, IT infrastructure, servers, and system integration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A proactive, safety-first mindset with a commitment to quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, engineer, configure, and commission Security, Access Control, and CCTV systems across projects.
• Develop technical solutions using Johnson Controls and third-party security platforms.
• Configure, test, and commission software to meet customer specifications and quality standards.
• Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for complex security systems and networked environments.
• Collaborate closely with customers, project managers, sales teams, and technicians throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor scope, schedules, budgets, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and future-proof security solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, technicians, and apprentices.
• Support engineering and sales teams with technical recommendations, system layouts, and bid proposals.
• Champion workplace safety and maintain full compliance with SHEMS.
