SA Health in Murray Bridge is seeking a Security/Orderly Officer to provide a blend of security and patient care services that support the safe, efficient functioning of the Health Unit.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, applying sound judgement and clear communication to uphold safety, dignity and high standards of care for all, with a current South Australian Security Agent Licence and demonstrated de-escalation experience.

Qualifications

• Current South Australian Security Agent Licence.
• Demonstrated experience in security roles.
• Experience in de-escalation of violent, aggressive and/or agitated people.

You'll assist clients with sensitivity and professionalism, ensuring their safety and wellbeing in line with hospital policies and procedures.

• As the Security/Orderly Officer, you'll deliver a combination of security and patient care services that support the effective, efficient, and safe functioning of the Health Unit.
• Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, you'll use sound judgement, clear communication, and the correct methods and equipment to uphold the highest standards of safety, dignity, and care for all.

What you need

• Current South Australian Security Agent Licence.
• Demonstrated experience in security roles.
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with a wide range of people including the de-escalation of violent, aggressive and/or agitated people.
