Responsibilities include audits, risk identification, and reporting to clients. Ensure compliance with the Security Industry Act, NSW Licensing, and WHS regulations, while tracking certifications and training for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Active NSW Security Licensing requirements and WHS compliance.
• Experience leading security teams and conducting shift briefings.
• Ability to manage audits, records, and client communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate security officers and support personnel.
• Allocate duties and manage daily security operations.
• Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback to security staff.
• Conduct shift briefings, toolbox talks, and staff meetings.
• Conduct regular site inspections and security audits.
• Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
• Attend client meetings and provide operational updates.
• Ensure compliance with the Security Industry Act and NSW Licensing and WHS regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Track compliance deadlines, certifications, training requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and best-practice security operations.
