Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a Full-Time Security Officer for a secure site in Myambat / Denman, NSW (Hunter Valley). The role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster, requiring full availability across days, nights, weekends and public holidays.

The position offers $28.42 p/hr + superannuation + shift loadings, with relocation incentives for moving to the area. You must hold a current NV1 security clearance; paid ongoing training and site-specific training are provided.

• Certificate II in Security Operations
• Current First Aid Certificate

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols of the site.
• Monitor and respond to security and safety risks.
• Provide a professional security presence on site.
• Incident response and escalation as required.
• Monitor CCTV systems and alarms.
• Complete accurate reports and logs.

About the Role

MSS Security is seeking a Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at a secure site located in Myambat / Denman, NSW (Hunter Valley region). This role operates on a 24/7 rotating roster, therefore full availability across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays is essential.

The position offers $28.42 p/hr + superannuation + applicable shift loadings, with relocation incentives available for candidates moving to the area.

Due to the nature of the site, applicants must hold a current NV1 security clearance.
Successful candidates will receive paid ongoing training, including site-specific training as required.

Key Responsibilities

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to work under pressure and remain alert
• Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
• Full availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster
