Job summary

MSS Security is seeking a motivated Security Officer for a full-time contract based in Muja, Western Australia. The role focuses on maintaining a strong security presence while remaining vigilant, proactive and professional in all interactions with tenants, visitors and staff.

You will patrol internal and external areas, monitor CCTV and radios, and liaise with building management to protect assets and ensure safety.

Qualifications

• Certificate II in Security Operations and a WA Security Licence.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Experience in corporate or commercial building security.
• Full WA Driver’s Licence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist tenants and members of the public in a professional manner.
• Maintain vigilance and monitor activities to support asset protection.
• Conduct regular foot patrols across the premises, including internal and external areas.
• Monitor CCTV systems and radio communication networks.
• Respond professionally and promptly to enquiries and incidents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and building management.
• Complete accurate and timely incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and security procedures.
