Millennium Services Group is hiring Casual Security Officers to join our team at Miranda, NSW. You will be the first point of contact for safety and security on site, providing a professional security presence while supporting clients, staff and visitors.

Responsibilities include patrols, incident response, documenting records, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Candidates should hold a valid security licence, first aid/CPR, and have reliable, flexible availability.

Qualifications

• A valid Security Licence is required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Previous security experience, especially in retail, is preferred.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekdays and weekends.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
• Reliable and punctual work history.
• Full Australian working rights.

We are looking for reliable and professional Casual Security Officers to join our team. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment while delivering a high standard of customer service and support.

Location: Miranda, NSW

Pay rate: Security Services Award Level 2

Shifts available: Weekday and weekend shifts | Day and night shifts

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be the first point of contact for safety and security on site. You will provide a professional security presence while supporting clients, staff and visitors.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting regular patrols to ensure the safety of people, property and assets
• Providing a professional and approachable security presence
• Responding to incidents, alarms, emergencies and requests for assistance

• Following site procedures, security protocols and safety requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
