Job summary

MSS Security Pty Ltd is hiring experienced Part Time Security Officers for our Brisbane-based industrial site in Bundamba. Two rosters: Sat-Sun 0600-1800 (24 h/w) and Thu-Fri-Sat 0000-0600 (18 h/w). You will manage access, patrols and incident responses to keep the site secure.

Applicants should be Australian citizens with a valid driver’s license, QLD security licence, and First Aid/ CPR. Prior security experience and roster flexibility are essential. Master licence: 41299.

Qualifications

• Australian citizen required.
• Current driver’s license and QLD security licence.
• First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain).
• Prior security experience preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Available for the specified part-time roster.
• Master licence: 41299.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional front-of-house security and customer service to staff, visitors and contractors.
• Manage site access, visitor entry and security procedures across the facility.
• Conduct regular internal and external patrols to maintain site security.
• Respond to alarms and incidents, escalating when required and following site procedures.
• Monitor site activity, maintain accurate security records and reports, and support a safe and secure environment.

About the role

MSS Security is looking for an experienced Part Time Security Officers to join our team in Brisbane (Bundamba) and play a key role in protecting a high-profile industrial site.

Two Part Time positions available: Position 1 – Saturday & Sunday, 0600-1800 (24 hours per week); Position 2 – Thursday, Friday & Saturday, 0000-0600 (18 hours per week).

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Provide professional front-of-house security and customer service to staff, visitors and contractors.
• Manage site access, visitor entry and security procedures across the facility.
• Conduct regular internal and external patrols to maintain site security.
