Job summary

Talent Acquisition Group is seeking a meticulous Screener to join a dynamic warehouse team in Melbourne. You will ensure smooth operations from receiving to dispatch, using forklifts and WMS, while maintaining safety and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have transport security experience, an ASIC clearance, a forklift licence and AVI20118 certification, plus the flexibility to work varied shifts. This role supports a reputable logistics operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain an ASIC clearance.
• Current Forklift Licence.
• AVI20118 Certificate II in Transport Security Protection.
• Familiarity with RACA and 77G procedures.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts (site specific).

Responsibilities

• Receive goods on behalf of customers and suppliers, offload/load vehicles, check paperwork and report discrepancies.
• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and hand jacks.
• Palletise cargo, secure with stretch wrap and banding.
• Load/unload trailers and containers safely and accurately.
• Prepare outbound loads, label shipments and handle ULDs.
• Verify freight counts and conditions, sign Bills of Lading.
• Maintain warehouse organisation using WMS and clean, safe work areas.
• Adhere to quality and safety SOPs and customer requirements.
• Support bonded import freight handling and site-specific procedures.
