Job summary

Data#3 is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator / Systems Engineer to support a large enterprise environment in Adelaide. The role focuses on endpoint management, identity services, security operations and day-to-day infrastructure support, with opportunities to contribute to improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM and Intune, Defender and Sentinel, Active Directory, Entra ID, and vulnerability management, along with strong troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Experience administering SCCM/MECM and Intune.
• Strong Windows endpoint administration and patching.
• Experience packaging applications for deployment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Defender and Azure Sentinel.
• Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Familiarity with vulnerability management.
• Experience using ServiceNow.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft SCCM and Intune.
• Manage Windows endpoint patching and application deployments.
• Package applications using SCCM, Patch My PC and Intune.
• Monitor and remediate Microsoft Defender and Sentinel alerts.
• Support vulnerability management and remediation.
• Administer Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Manage application allow-listing (Airlock) and network segmentation (Illumio).
• Liaise with the managed SOC (Kordia) and end users to resolve security incidents.
• Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow.
• Contribute to small infrastructure and security projects.
