Qualifications

• 3+ years of programming experience in an OO language (Python, Ruby, Go, Swift, Java, .Net, C++).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent is required.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP).

Responsibilities

• Triage issues for risk, prioritize remediation with service teams.
• Communicate issue status to technical and non-technical audiences up to exec level.
• Collaborate with security and service teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Balance priorities with interruptions and maintain productivity under pressure.
• Design and build automation to reduce manual incident response toil.
• Develop agentic systems that reason over security context and act safely.
• Contribute to AI/automation initiatives to scale security operations.
• Support on-call responsibilities during regional shifts.
