Job summary

Google Australia’s Mandiant Consulting Go-to-Market team seeks a Security Consultant to lead mid-to-large engagements, applying deep cybersecurity expertise to help clients prepare for and respond to threats. You will translate complex findings into actionable remediation plans and align with executive stakeholders.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams and partner with Google Cloud Security specialists to deliver incident response, threat intel, and defense strategies across AU/NZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of cross-functional project management or client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Govern end-to-end execution of medium-to-large cybersecurity consulting engagements.
• Drive end-to-end program management from planning to delivery and budget tracking.
• Build relationships and influence in a complex org with multiple stakeholders.
• Plan and execute work to build trust across teams and align timelines.
• Coordinate reports that outline security gaps and remediation roadmaps.
