Job summary

Google's Mandiant Consulting team in Australia and New Zealand seeks a Security Consultant to help clients prepare for, mitigate, and respond to cyber threats. The role requires applying knowledge of CS, OS, networking and cloud services to real-world security challenges.

You will lead engagements, test networks, emulate attacker techniques, and present remediation roadmaps to executives and technical teams, driving risk-based outcomes and stronger security postures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Cybersecurity or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of cross-functional project/program management, consulting or client-facing work.

Responsibilities

• Govern end-to-end execution of medium-to-large cybersecurity engagements.
• Drive program management from planning to governance and budgets.
• Build relationships with multiple stakeholders and drive efficiencies.
• Plan and coordinate timelines and dependencies across client and internal teams.
• Coordinate technical and executive reports with remediation roadmaps.
