Job summary

MSS Security is hiring a Full time Security Emergency Officer for Blackwater, Queensland. The role involves responding to security incidents, medical emergencies and alarms, with duties including foot patrols and welfare checks.

You will work within the Emergency Response Team, ensuring a safe on-site environment and clear communication with residents and staff. Applicants should have a Class 1 QLD Security License (Unarmed), a valid Class C driver’s licence for QLD, and be within the 600 km

Qualifications

• Certificate II in Security Operations.
• HLTAID011 Provide First Aid or willingness to obtain.
• HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support or willingness to obtain.
• HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation or willingness to obtain.
• OH&S Construction Induction White Card or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct foot patrols, welfare checks, and security escorts.
• Respond to security incidents, medical emergencies and alarms.
• Monitor site activities and report safety concerns.
• Inspect and maintain emergency equipment and vehicles.
