Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking an experienced Security Architect to partner with internal and external teams. You will define security architectures for business initiatives, work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containers, and drive secure evolution across the organisation.

Role requires 10+ years in technical design and 7+ years in security within large enterprises, plus expertise in SABSA, NIST 800-53, Open FAIR, and MITRE ATT&CK/D3FEND. Hybrid work options available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical design and architecture roles.
• 7+ years security experience in large enterprises.
• Experience configuring, operating, designing and architecting security solutions.
• Familiar with SABSA, NIST 800-53, MITRE ATT&CK/D3FEND.
• Public cloud experience (AWS and/or GCP), containers and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of security engineering, API security, IaC, CI/CD and automation.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and vendor technology roadmaps.
