Job summary

DXC Technology in Australia is seeking a Security Architect to design and deliver security solutions across complex enterprise environments. You’ll work with clients and technical teams to shape architecture, develop design artefacts, and stay involved through implementation and delivery.

The role requires hands-on security experience, ability to lead architecture reviews, produce high-quality documentation, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Two or more hands-on experiences across listed security technologies.
• Experience designing production-ready security solutions.
• Experience leading client discovery and design sessions.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand requirements and translate them into secure, practical solutions.
• Develop HLDs, LLDs, Solution Architecture Documents and security standards.
• Lead architecture reviews, technology assessments and design workshops.
• Stay hands-on through implementation, troubleshooting and technical validation.
• Contribute to security strategy, roadmaps and risk improvements.
• Provide technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support solution scoping and Statement of Work development where required.

You'll work directly with clients and technical teams to shape solutions, develop architecture and design artefacts, and stay involved through implementation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to understand requirements and translate them into secure, practical solutions
• Develop HLDs, LLDs, Solution Architecture Documents and security standards
• Lead architecture reviews, technology assessments and design workshops
• Stay hands-on through implementation, troubleshooting and technical validation

• You'll also have:
• Experience designing solutions that are implemented in production
• Strong architecture and technical documentation skills
• Experience leading client discovery and design sessions
• Knowledge of ACSC Essential Eight and Zero Trust principles
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience in complex enterprise or critical infrastructure environments is desirable
