Job summary

Whizdom is seeking a Security Admin in Adelaide to ensure security controls throughout a critical infrastructure transformation. Responsibilities include enforcing compliance with ACSC Essential Eight and managing encryption and auditing.

The candidate should have experience in regulated environments, with NV2 clearance preferred. The position offers a salary of $170,000 plus superannuation and a performance bonus.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ACSC Essential Eight, ISM and security compliance frameworks.
• Experience in vulnerability management, audit logging, encryption and endpoint security.
• Exposure to secure or highly regulated environments (Defence or Federal preferred).
• Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance, audit and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and validate ACSC Essential Eight and ISM controls.
• Manage and monitor encryption, access controls and audit logging.
• Conduct vulnerability scanning and remediation activities.
• Support the implementation of network segmentation policies.

Skills

Knowledge of ACSC Essential Eight
