Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Section Waiter or in a similar restaurant role.
• Strong knowledge of food, wine and beverage service.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to confidently manage your own section.
• A calm, organised approach during busy services.
• A genuine passion for hospitality.
• A positive, team-focused attitude.
• Availability across a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Looking after your section from start to finish
• Providing friendly, professional and engaging table service
• Taking orders and confidently talking guests through the menu
• Demonstrating strong food and beverage knowledge
• Delivering food and drinks efficiently and accurately
• Anticipating guest needs and creating memorable experiences
• Working closely with the kitchen, bar and wider FOH team
• Maintaining high standards of presentation, service and cleanliness
• Supporting the team during busy services and helping wherever needed
