With solid growth of the School in the local community, student numbers, and facilities, we are in a great stage of development. We invite expressions of interest for a range of permanent, temporary, full-time, and part-time roles across our Secondary School to commence at the beginning of 2026. The capacity to teach Senior Subjects is highly desirable. Faculty or Wellbeing leadership opportunities may be available for suitably experienced candidates.

• Experience teaching throughout Years 7-12
• Able to demonstrate skills and flexibility to work with staff, students, and parents in a vibrant learning environment
• A willingness to learn, grow, and be coached as a teacher
• Demonstrating well-developed communication, administration, and interpersonal skills
• Experience teaching senior classes highly desirable; new graduates are encouraged to apply

Selection Process

The School’s Selection Committee will consider applications as they are submitted and prepare a shortlist of candidates for interview. The School may move more quickly to interview highly suitable applicants. It is expected that at least one round of interviews will be undertaken with the successful applicant appointed to the School staff, ideally commencing duties as soon as possible at the beginning of Term One 2026 or as negotiated.

Salary

Salary will align with NSW Christian Schools Teaching Staff Multi Enterprise Agreement 2020-2023 at the successful applicant’s level of responsibility and experience. Given the School’s size and the supporting leadership structure, a teaching load will form part of the role.
