St Thomas More College, Sunnybank, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Teacher (English & Religious Education) on a 12 month contract to join its vibrant learning community, inspiring students through engaging and meaningful learning experiences.

Location: Sunnybank (S). Salary: $86,601–$124,725 per annum + 12.75% Super. Status: Full Time Fixed Term. Contact: **********@bne.catholic.edu.au

• Creating a supportive, learner‑focused classroom aligned with the Australian Curriculum.
• Designing and delivering effective curriculum programs in line with the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers.
• Engaging with colleagues, students and parents to enrich learning and achieve the best outcomes.
• Supporting students' spiritual and moral development.
• Catholic requirement for the role.

Responsabilités

• Create a nurturing and ordered learning environment aligned with policy and curriculum.
• Collaboratively develop and implement quality curriculum and pedagogy; assess and report student progress.
• Work with leadership, teachers and staff to foster a positive school culture.
• Pursue professional learning to enhance student outcomes.
• Ensure Catholic teachings and values underpin learning and teaching.
