Job summary

Australian International Academy | North Kellyville Campus is seeking an experienced Secondary Business Studies Teacher to deliver Stage 6 lessons for Years 11 and 12, aligned with NSW syllabus and HSC expectations. The ideal candidate will have HSC teaching experience, NSW syllabus knowledge, and a commitment to data-driven instruction to maximise student results.

WWCC clearance and current accreditation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching Stage 6 Business Studies, including HSC classes.
• Strong knowledge of HSC assessment, marking criteria and examination expectations.
• Ability to develop and implement high-quality learning programs aligned with NSW syllabus.

Responsibilities

Australian International Academy (AIA) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Secondary Business Studies Teacher to join our North Kellyville campus.

About the Role

• Deliver high-quality, engaging Business Studies lessons, with a strong focus on Stage 6 (Years 11 and 12).
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the NSW Business Studies syllabus and HSC examination requirements.
• Develop effective teaching and learning programs that promote academic excellence, critical thinking and real-world business applications.
• Use student performance data to identify learning gaps and implement targeted strategies to maximise HSC results.
• Develop and deliver high-quality assessments aligned with NESA requirements.
• Collaborate with a supportive and dedicated faculty to continuously improve teaching practices and student achievement.
