Job summary

Redlands is seeking a passionate Secondary School Business Studies teacher to deliver engaging, differentiated instruction for Years 7–12. You will contribute to departmental goals and foster a collaborative, reflective school culture focused on lifelong learning.

The role requires experience teaching HSC Business Studies and/or IB Business Management, with strong curriculum knowledge and ability to tailor learning to diverse student needs. WWCC and NSW teaching registration are essential.

About the Role:The Secondary School Business Studies teacher role calls for a passionate and innovative educator to teach Years 7-12, delivering engaging and differentiated learning experiences. The successful candidate has an opportunity to inspire students, support departmental goals, and contribute to a collaborative school culture that values reflective practice and lifelong learning.

The successful candidate will possess:

• A genuine enthusiasm for educating and inspiring students across Years 7-12 - Specifically, experience teaching HSC Business Studies and/or IB Business Management and Stages 4-5 HSIE subjects.
• Strong knowledge of curriculum content and the ability to tailor learning to diverse student needs.
• Clear, constructive communication with students, parents, and staff, fostering trust and engagement.
• An ability to work closely with colleagues, students, and families to support a positive learning environment.
• An ability to foster a student centred learning environment with high expectations.
• Attentive to pastoral care needs and proactive in supporting student development.
