We are currently seeking a dedicated Secondary Teacher to join our team in picturesque Airlie Beach. This full-time position, commencing in 2026, involves teaching Maths and Science across various year levels, including Senior. While the ability to teach Physics is advantageous, it is not essential.

To succeed in this role, you will possess a tertiary qualification in Education and be registered or be eligible to register with the Queensland College of Teachers.

You will be an adaptable and community-minded individual with the ability to show initiative and effectively work as part of a team. You will have the ability to plan and teach engaging lessons and support students through differentiation to meet individual learning needs. Your classroom management will be student focused, maintaining high expectations and a high level of student engagement. Equally important, you will have strong interpersonal skills and be able to connect and build strong relationships with other teachers, students, parents and the wider Airlie Beach community.

It is a requirement that you have personal views and beliefs that align with the Christian ethos of the College, and you are able to demonstrate an active faith and church involvement.
