Job summary

William Clarke College in Sydney’s north-west seeks an experienced English Teacher to join our P-12 Anglican college staff. Reporting to the Head of English, you will deliver high‑quality teaching and connect with our Christ‑centred values while engaging with the College’s teaching frameworks.

The successful candidate will hold appropriate teaching qualifications, NESA accreditation and demonstrate classroom excellence, collegiality and faith alignment. A Working with Children Check is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to teach Stage 4, 5 and 6 English (Stage 6 experience highly regarded).
• Appropriate teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation.
• Demonstrated excellence as a classroom teacher.
• Collegiate and a good team player.
• Actively support the College’s Christian ethos.
• Willingness to obtain Working with Children Check as required by law.
• Regular practising member of a Christian church.
