L’Occitane Australia Pty in Hobart is seeking seasonal retail team members for the festive period. You will greet guests, assist shoppers, and help maintain store standards in a fast-paced boutique.

This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, supporting merchandising, restocking, and ensuring a safe, inviting environment in line with WHS guidelines. Contracts run from early November to early January 2027.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage with diverse customers and provide an excellent experience.
• Reliable, positive, and eager to be part of a team.

Responsabilités

WE ARE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR SEASONAL TEAM MEMBERS TO JOIN OUR WONDERFUL TEAM OVER THE FESTIVE PERIOD.

As we approach our busiest season, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and reliable Seasonal Retail Team Members to join our Hobart boutique. If you have a passion for retail and a flair for delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re hiring immediately, with contracts starting early November through to early January 2027.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Greeting guests who enter the Boutique
• Welcoming and assisting guests as they enter the boutique
• Supporting management with merchandising and maintaining visual standards
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment in line with WHS guidelines
• Re-stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
• Creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for every customer
