Job summary

L’Occitane Australia & New Zealand is seeking seasonal Retail Team Members for our Sunshine Plaza boutique in Maroochydore during the festive period. You will greet guests, assist with shopping, and help maintain visual merchandising to create an inviting store environment.

Ideal candidates are passionate about skincare, enjoy engaging with diverse customers, and are reliable, positive team members committed to excellent customer service and WHS standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests who enter the Boutique and provide welcoming service.
• Assist guests and maintain a memorable shopping experience.
• Support management with merchandising and maintaining visual standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and inviting environment per WHS guidelines.
• Re-stock shelves and monitor inventory levels.

WE ARE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR SEASONAL TEAM MEMBERS TO JOIN OUR WONDERFUL TEAM OVER THE FESTIVE PERIOD.

L’Occitane is a natural and luxurious beauty brand that is renowned worldwide. Our beauty products originate from Provence in the South of France and an emphasis on ethical and socially responsible processes has been practiced since the company was founded in 1976.

As we approach our busiest season, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and reliable Seasonal Retail Team Members to join our Sunshine Plaza boutique located in Maroochydore. If you have a passion for retail and a flair for delivering exceptional customer service, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re hiring immediately, with contracts starting early November through to early January 2027.

About The Role

• Greeting guests who enter the Boutique
• Welcoming and assisting guests as they enter the boutique
• Supporting management with merchandising and maintaining visual standards
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and inviting environment in line with WHS guidelines
• Re‑stocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
• Creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for every customer
