Seafolly in Adelaide is seeking Seasonal Casual Stylists to join during our peak season from October to February with potential permanent opportunities. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Seafolly's brand values and standards.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, fit expertise, customer empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards while understanding customer preferences and best-selling products.
• Drive sales performance by meeting daily sales and KPI targets and closing sales opportunities.
• Promote customer loyalty and Omni Channel services including Click & Collect and Ship from Store.
• Support store operations, stock management, security, and stocktake activities to minimise loss and maximise profitability.
• Foster teamwork by communicating with the Store Manager and embracing feedback.

We're looking for energetic, customer-focused Seasonal Casual Stylists to join our team during our busiest time of the year, from October through to February, with potential to stay on permanently. You will:

• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Seafolly's brand values and standards.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge, fit expertise, customer empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards while understanding customer preferences and best-selling products.
• Drive sales performance by meeting daily sales and KPI targets and confidently closing sales opportunities.
• Promote customer loyalty, retention, and Omni Channel services, including Click & Collect, Ship from Store, reservations, and fit appointments.
• Support store operations, stock management, security, and stocktake activities to minimise loss and maximise profitability.
• Foster positive teamwork by being accountable, embracing feedback, participating in development opportunities, and maintaining open communication with the Store Manager.

You have

• No holidays booked between November - January
• Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and late-night trading
• Previous retail or customer service experience highly regarded
• Passion for fashion and customer engagement
• Proactive, positive, and motivated, with the initiative to learn, grow, and adapt to change.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational, and planning skills.
• Thrives in a customer-focused and inclusive team environment, contributing positively to team success.
