Job summary

Calendar Club seeks a motivated retail-operator to run its pop-up Kawana or Sunshine Plaza store for the 2026 Christmas season.

You’ll lead a small team, manage day-to-day operations, drive sales and create a welcoming customer experience. As a self-employed operator, you’ll recruit and roster casual staff, with stock, systems and training provided; earnings around $2,500 per week for ~6–8 weeks.

Qualifications

• No retail experience necessary.
• Ability to recruit, employ and lead a casual team.
• Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Self-employed owner-operator with short-term contract.
