Job summary

Calendar Club is seeking a motivated operator to run our pop-up store in Erina Fair during the 2026 Christmas season. You’ll manage a small team, connect with customers and run day-to-day operations of a busy Christmas retail business as a self-employed owner-operator.

Typical earnings are around $2,500 per week, with comprehensive training and ongoing support from head office. This is a short-term opportunity across November and December, with stock and systems provided.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required.
• Self-employed owner-operator responsibilities and leadership of your own casual team.
• 6–8 weeks across November and December.

Responsibilities

• Creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers.
• Driving sales and managing store performance.
• Recruiting, employing, training and leading your own casual team.
• Preparing staff rosters and paying your team’s wages.
• Keeping the store organised, well stocked and looking fantastic.
• Managing stock and daily store operations.
